This project marks the beginning of Common Ground. Jill and Adam brought their experience to the table and led the effort to make this house better than it had ever been. Adorned with metal siding and weirdly sloped roofs over additions, the Little Blue House had great bones. It was a gem that only needed polish. And polishing it really did the trick.
